Homes in Lafayette California tend to be expensive.  Single-family homes in the Reliez Valley, Happy Valley, Condit, and Lafayette Hills can run into the millions.  The budget minded might want to try their luck in Los Palos or Stanley.  While homes in these neighborhoods certainly aren’t cheap, they tend to be among the more affordable homes in Lafayette.
