This super clean El Cerrito 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home is just charming and perfect for you to enjoy life in the East Bay.

It has a nicely landscaped front yard with great curb appeal and a relaxing back yard for entertaining your family and friends.

The living area is open floor plan and the two bedrooms are towards the back of the house. There are ample windows and all rooms are light and bright. There is a one-car detached garage that can be used as your workshop or studio, and plenty of off-street parking in front.

Many improvements were made by the current owners, including a bathroom remodel, new copper plumbing, fresh paint inside and out in 2015, etc. Why don't you make this your sweet home?  It's conveniently

Congratulations Ken on the purchase of your new home! Ken came to me pretty disillusioned about the East Bay real estate market. He had made several offers on homes only to be rejected. After much needed rain, spring is finally here!  Here is a quick March Berkeley Real Estate Market Report.

The number of sold properties in March 2016 decreased from 55 in March 2015 to 47. Though the number doesn't seem to be a big difference, it is about 15% less than last year.

The average list price and sold price are both slightly higher than those of 2015, though the median list and sold are slightly lower than those of last year.  This is probably a result of having a very high-end property (862 Regal) sold this year.

As you may know, the prices in San Francisco are finally calming down.  It may be slowly coming to the East Bay, (or NOT.)

In any case, now till the end of summer, many families are moving to new destinations.  If you are one

It also ranked in the Top 5 cities for Gluten free options, Halal, Japanese, Mexican, Soul Food, Thai, and Vegetarian, and was ranked higher than San Francisco in almost every category. Clearly, Oakland's well-known diversity has contributed to a wide range of amazing food options in the area. Many well-known chefs have been looking to Oakland for their new restaurants as San Francisco has become very cost
