The Firehouse Lofts at 1095 59th Street are in a historic brick building that was once home to the Oakland Fire Department.  The lofts are located in North Oakland's Golden Gate community, near the Emeryville and Berkeley border.

The original building at 1095 59th Street was built in 1895 and converted into a 6-loft development in the mid 1990s.  Many of the original architectural details remain, including the brick walls - which are featured on the interior of the lofts as well as the exterior of the building.  The units in the Firehouse Lofts feature high ceilings, dual pane windows, and dedicated parking.  Two of the lofts have private patios.

Firehouse Lofts is in the popular NOBE (North Oakland/Berkeley/Emeryville), neighborhood, just off the vibrant San Pablo Avenue corridor.  Shops and eateries are nearby, public transportation is convenient, and area freeways are easily accessible.
