Seminary Real Estate

The real estate landscape throughout much of the Seminary neighborhood is similar to what you ordinarily see in the East Oakland district. Small one-level homes, which generally feature a craftsman or bungalow style and design, are common in Seminary, but on the flip side, that also keeps home prices in the area relatively affordable as well.
